Lourbiane Duverseau is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern dedicated to providing mental health services that are respectful, empowering, and inclusive. She is driven by her mission to destigmatize mental health care through advocacy and community awareness. Lourbiane holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of South Florida and has extensive experience working with diverse populations to address a range of mental health issues and life transitions, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Her previous work with nonprofit agencies involved providing in-home therapy to clients during pregnancy and postpartum to improve caregiver-to-infant attachment, birth outcomes, and mental and emotional well-being.

Lourbiane emphasizes a person-centered, empowering, and collaborative approach to support clients in their healing journey. She values creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can show up as their authentic selves and begin their path to healing. Lourbiane integrates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to support clients in achieving their goals.

 Lourbiane is committed to professional growth and development. She regularly attends conferences and training to enhance the quality of care and client experience. She is passionate about advocacy and social justice, ensuring that her work reflects a deep respect for diversity, empowerment, and the dignity and worth of individuals.
