Lauren Hash,

LCSW

Lauren discovered a passion for mental health while interning at a behavioral health clinic. She has worked with children, adults, and seniors in individual and group therapy settings, with a focus on collaborative goal setting, personal growth, and self-determination. Skilled in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, she can help address emotional and behavioral challenges.

Lauren developed an interest in helping others to identify and overcome trauma, discover the impact of attachment styles on personal relationships, and use various therapeutic interventions to address trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, personality dysfunction, and family issues, especially within the neurodivergent population. She strives to establish a strong therapeutic relationship between her and the client to create a safe, non-judgmental, and healing environment for those who wish to explore their stories and their growth.

Her approach to therapy consists of helping clients to identify and develop personal strengths, face challenges, and set boundaries. She will help you to incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion into treatment and your daily life.

Lauren focuses on her own personal growth through self-care, music, reading, mindfulness, and education. She believes that by looking within yourself and accepting your experiences in life, you may then begin to change your thoughts and behaviors to move toward healthy choices, behaviors, relationships, and a positive self-image.
