Alicia is a sex-positive, kink-aware, bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Work in the State of Florida, sex researcher, and international speaker. She graduated with a Masters in Education from the University of Louisville and a Masters of Social Work from the University of South Florida. One of her biggest passions is to educate people on sexuality and to eradicate shame around sex. For that reason, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology.  Alicia has been featured several times on Fox 4 and Univision SWFL.
 
Alicia has extensive experience in psychiatric social work, working with children with severe behavioral and mental health issues, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), couples therapy, and sex therapy. Currently, her focus is relationship/couples therapy, sex therapy, and trauma resolution utilizing Trauma Incident Reduction Protocol (TIR). Alicia works with many couples who are recovering from sex addiction and are struggling with creating a healthy sexuality.
